If you ordered a pepper subscription in Nov 2021, you'll need to add your payment information by logging into your account here in order to keep receiving the good pepp!
Reserve a year's worth of pepper now, and receive four refill bags a year — one every three months, plus free shipping (for domestic orders only). Your subscription automatically renews a year from your first purchase.
If you want to cancel the subscription, skip a shipment, or edit your shipping address, you can do this on your own! If you need or want help though, just email us at info@diasporaco.com :)
1. Log in to your Diaspora account by clicking the person icon in the top right corner. If you do not have an account, you can create one. Be sure to use the same email address you used to purchase your pepper subscription! If you don't know what email you used, try searching for your order confirmation email in your inbox, and if that doesn't work, email us and we can help you figure it out.
2. Once you are in your account, click Manage Subscriptions.
3. Then in the top bar, click Subscriptions.
4. From here, you can skip a shipment, update your shipping address, or cancel your subscription.
