What’s the story behind this granola?

This granola is inspired by the Mir family farm in Kashmir, where apricot and almond trees grow alongside vast fields of saffron. That landscape inspired an Apricot–Saffron Frangipane Galette in our cookbook and we loved the flavor combination so much that we turned it into this granola with our friends at Nana Joes. It’s bright, nutty and gently floral!
