How do I place an order?

Email us at wholesale@diasporaco.com with your gift selections and desired quantity, your ideal delivery timeline, and whether you’ll be shipping to 1 address or multiple addresses.

How much lead time do you need?

Once your order is confirmed, please allow up to 7 days for our team to pack and ship your gifts.
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days via FedEx to USPS.
During the holiday season, we recommend reaching out as early as possible so we can confirm your order before our holiday shipping deadline.

Can you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes, we can support shipping to multiple addresses. Once your order is confirmed, we’ll share the address form you’ll need to fill out, and our team will take it from there.

Is there a minimum order requirement?

Yes. For bulk and corporate gifting, our usual minimum is 30 units for gift sets and 50 units for individual spice tins.

What if I want to place a smaller order?

We’re happy to review smaller orders on a case by case basis and help you find the best option for your gifting needs. Please feel free to reach out to us!

Do you offer bulk & corporate gifting discounts?

Bulk gifting discounts start at 10%. Please let us know what you are looking for, and we will help you find the best options for your budget and recipient list.

How is shipping calculated?

Shipping for bulk and corporate gifting orders depends on your order size, package weight, and shipping destination. For gifts shipping to individual recipients, we offer a flat rate of $9 per recipient.
Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 3 to 5 business days. We ship using FedEx or USPS.

When is payment due?

Payment is due 100% upfront. Your order is confirmed only after payment has been received.

Will tracking be provided?

Yes! Tracking information will be provided once your order ships. For orders shipping to individual recipients, tracking will be available for each shipment.

Can gifts be customized or branded?

We’re not currently offering custom packaging or branded gift boxes, but our gift sets are packed beautifully and ready to send as-is.

Can I include a gift message?

Yes! We can include a custom note or postcard with your order for an additional cost of $0.55 per postcard. Please provide the final design, and we’ll print and include it with your gifts. Our postcard size is 4 x 6.
We can also add a short gift message to our packing slip at no extra cost.
If your order includes custom notes or postcards, please allow at least 1 week from the date your final design is shared with us for printing and preparation. Larger orders, orders shipping to individual recipients, or custom requests may need a little extra time.
