Ingredients:
- 1 cup full-fat plain yogurt
- ¼ cup chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon Pragati Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon + 2 tablespoons ghee or olive oil divided
- ½ teaspoon + 1 teaspoon Jodhana Cumin seeds, divided
- ½ teaspoon Bindu Black Mustard seeds
- ½ teaspoon Sugandhi Fenugreek seeds
- 5 whole Kandyan Cloves
- 2 bay leaves
- ½ teaspoon whole black Aranya Black Pepper
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more if needed
- Lime juice (optional, if your yogurt is not that sour)
- ¼ teaspoon powdered Guntur Sannam Chillies
- 3 dried whole Guntur Sannam Chillies
- ½ teaspoon asafetida (optional, but really great)
