- Makhir Ginger (35g) for a powder as pungent as fresh ginger that you can use for ginger cookies or in a soy marinade in place of fresh ginger.
- Pragati Turmeric (50g) to bring a bright flavor to your dal, curry, or haldi doodh (turmeric latte).
- Hariyali Fennel (53g) for a deeply fresh and licorice-y fennel you can use in baking or in spice rubs.
- Bindu Black Mustard (63g) for a piquant taste and kick of flavor you can add to tadkas, stir-fries, or salad dressings.
- Surya Salt (90g) for a fine salt you can use as your everyday salt. Same saltiness as sea salt.
- Pahadi Pink Garlic (50g) is deliciously deep; it literally tastes like garlic bread!
- Peni Miris Cinnamon (45g) to add a sweet and spicy note to your baking, coffee, or curries.

Designed by TIIPOI’s industrial designer Andre Pereira in their studio in London, the Diaspora x TIIPOI Masala Dabba are made in TIIPOI’s workshop in Bangalore by craftsman Venkatesh Chinnappa aka Venky ‘Anna’ (which translates to older brother in nearly all of the South Indian languages).
TIIPOI tests every batch of brass procured for led contamination. As an additional safety mode, the katoris are lined with stainless steel.
